Rates

• Initial Intake is $350.

• 50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions are $300 each.

• 60- to 90-minute group therapy sessions are $75 each.

• Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as low as $516.25 per pair of dosing and follow up integration therapy sessions. (Current as of 4/2025; prescribing partner and medication costs may change over time. To see a further breakdown of these fees, please visit here.)

• Court appearances are $750 per hour, including travel time to and from my office.

• All other clinical time is billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $300 per hour.

• Fees are due at the beginning of each session.

• I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.

• For people who are paying out of pocket, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate.

Insurance

• I am not in network with any private health insurances in my private practice. (Why not? Please read my FAQs.) In most cases, I can supply you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement. Unfortunately, reimbursement for out of network psychotherapy is sometimes not well reimbursed, if at all.

• In certain circumstances, I work with auto insurance, Workers’ Compensation, property/liability insurances for personal injury cases, and Enthea EAP.

• If you would like to use your insurance, you can contact The Portland Attachment and Trauma Healing (PATH) Center to be placed on my waitlist. I’m in network with the following insurances: Trillium OHP, PacificSource, MODA, Providence, and Kaiser Permanente. I provide in-person or telehealth therapy with them on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Late Cancelations/No Shows

• You can opt in to have 48-hour appointment reminders. A late cancelation is anything less than 36 hours from your appointment start time.

• In short, you get one free late cancelation/no show for any reason, and a 50% fee for any additional late cancelations/no shows for any reason. Additional details of this are in the intake paperwork.
